What a real estate listing site needs (that the portals don't give you)

1

The home, front and center

Big photos, the price and the numbers buyers look for first: beds, baths, square feet, lot size, year built.

2

A tour request that comes to you

Buyers pick a day and time and leave their details. It goes to your inbox, not to another agent on a portal.

3

The neighborhood, in your words

What's nearby and how far it is. The things you'd tell a buyer at the open house.

4

You, with your name and number

Your photo, brokerage and real estate license number, so the people who find the home also find you as their agent.

What we'll ask you for

All through one short form. No meetings, no calls.

A phone, printed photos and a notebook on a table
  • The listing link, or the address, price and details
  • The listing photos from your photographer
  • A few lines on the home and the neighborhood
  • Your headshot, phone and email
  • Your brokerage name and real estate license number
  • The address you want the site on, if you have one

Most real estate listing sites are one-page sites.

Photos, price, details, neighborhood, a tour form and you, all on one page. $795 + $25/month. Want a real estate site for yourself as an agent, with pages for your listings and your services? The 3-5 page site is $1,295.

Real estate agents ask

The home is already on Zillow and the MLS. Why a separate real estate site?

On a portal, the listing sits next to other homes and other agents' contact buttons. On its own site, every tour request and every call comes to you. It also gives the seller something to share that looks like their home, not a search result.

Can it pull in my MLS or IDX feed?

No. The site is built for one home, with the photos and details you send us. Connecting to listing feeds is custom work that Abra takes on as a separate project.

What happens when the home sells?

Hosting has a 12-month minimum, so the site stays up for at least a year. Email us and we'll quote marking it as sold, or swapping in your next listing.

Can it go live before the listing does?

Yes. Send us everything a week or so before you list, and it can launch the same day the home hits the market.
